Sex is part of the human race. It sustains creation with pleasure. Scientists have opined that Good Sex is almost like a treadmill exercise and has similar effects. It increases blood rate to the heart and the entire system gets toned up. Scientists have calculated that you could burn up to 350 calories in an hour of passionate sex. It also strengthens the body's muscles and acts as an antidote to disease. This is inevitable as with regular sex, you exercise as well and that will affect your health and immune system.

One Pennsylvania study showed a 30 percent increase in antibodies for those who had sex once a week. Anyone who indulges in sex daily will vouchsafe that he or she feels fitter. Sex eases tension and stress and also helps cure sleep disorders

Women.

How does sex affect a woman? A lot. Some research scholars opine that some of the ejaculates can stimulate the woman, this is a step that makes her ready to accept the little DNA packets within the sperm. This scientific fact has been quoted by some scientists as an important reason not to use condoms (instead, to rely entirely on the pill).

Girls also benefit from sex. It is a known fact that girls' bodies produce extra estrogen during sex. This extra estrogen has an excellent effect on the skin and keeps it moist and supple. The plus side further is that women and girls feel younger. After all, the French name for orgasm is ‘la petite mort’ which translates means the little death

Last Word

Sex is thus the one ingredient that has a taboo around it and one wonders why. Why cannot we be more open about it? Another small point to remember is that sex after breakfast is like an elixir. Almost like magic… This is the time between 5 am and 9 pm when your testosterone levels are at their highest… Breakfast sex is often very rewarding because of this fact. Both parties are relaxed, refreshed, and well up to it. I think the conclusion is obvious. More sex means better health and that I suppose is the bottom line.
